- We comply with Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Republic of the Philippines, in handling personal information provided by its users. The company shall follow the guidelines established by the government to ensure the data is protected by law. - Continuous improvement of data management and protection system
- In order to protect data privacy, we implement information protection system and make all of our employees recognize the importance of protecting data.
- Information protection system will continue to audit the data and implement necessary actions in case of information leakage and/or policy abuse.
- Complaint and suggestions response
- We respond promptly and appropriately to complaints and suggestions concerning the handling and usage of personal information.
